The Mess. . .

{This is not my photo}  but it shows how bad the storm was -  I wonder about the owners of these boats ~ did they replace them or fix them up or just have to take the loss.

It has been a long hot summer {and we are not done with it yet}. I don't think it rained at all in June and it was in the 100''s a lot of the days and it hasn't rained much since...but we sure don't want another hurricane. We have our fingers crossed around here.

Update on our condo ~

Six Months Later....It doesn't look Good

I don't see how these will be open in September - it still looks awful.  The web site says they completed the cement removal- but there still is a lot of cracked cement.   I didn't see any big trucks or cranes to do more work.  I wonder what is going on?
