This Blog was a journal of the hurricane, "IKe" that struck the Galveston/Houston area on September 13th, 2008. Then the Blog was called "We didn't like IKe" - at the start of this blog, you can see photos from our house in Houston and the destruction of our Beach Condo in Surfside Beach near San Luis Pass. This area and our beach condos have been repaired almost 3 years later. Now we are ready for some new beach fun.
